Happy Easter to you all - and especially to readers in Ukraine, where the bombs, artillery and drones have gone quiet for 30 hours.
The fact that no one is being killed on this Holy Day is thanks to the kindness of one man - Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
The truce was announced, according to Russian state news agency TASS, following a meeting between Putin and General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff.
